Simply send the following items using our email address sales@runbydesign.co.uk:-

a) Name and a jpeg/png image of the person running. The image ideally needs to be a facial picture and of good quality (at least 300 dpi).

b) Name and date of the marathon in which they are running.

You will receive a proof of the final design before we submit your order for production.

DELIVERY TIME:

Processing and production time is 2-5 business days U.K.

Shipping time: 10-30 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, colour or design was selected due to the cost of producing a one-off custom product but customers can return their purchases if they have arrived damaged or with a manufacturing error, or that do not match the listing description.

The producer offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. In case of an unsuccessful delivery where the product never arrives you can opt for either a reprint, for an extra charge or a partial refund.
