Processing and production time is 2-5 business days.

Shipping time to the UK: 10-30 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, colour or design was selected due to the cost of producing a one-off custom product.

However customers can return their purchases if they have arrived damaged or with a manufacturing error or if they do not match the listing description. The producer offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. In case of an unsuccessful delivery where the product never arrives, you can opt for either a reprint for an extra charge or a partial refund.
